Chapin man charged with 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS)- A Chapin man has been arrested for 13 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Ray Drake Seay, 64, was charged Friday with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor 2nd degree and ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor 3rd degree.

According to arrest warrants, Seay is accused of "possessing several images on his home computer that depict a visual representation of minors engaged in sexual acts." The warrant alleges that he knew the content of the material he received.

Seay was being held at the Lexington County Detention Center on $17,500 bond.
