Lake Murray’s newest lifestyle destination is encouraging residents to “Eat, Boat and Live.”

As the latest project from the Arnold Companies, Marina Bay will feature luxury rental residences with resort-style amenities at The Residence at Marina Bay, a new waterfront restaurant by Liberty Tap Room, as well as the existing Lake Murray Marina, Lake Murray Boat Club and Better Boat Rental companies, which continue to serve customers daily.

Residents will enjoy a prime waterfront location in a quiet cove off of Dutch Fork, convenient for downtown commuters.
